On the Unified Interface Navigation bar D365 does not show the option for the case Quick Creation:
Case entity is configured for quick create:
Case entity is also included in the Model Driven app with all the forms included.
Can you tell me which configuration is missing?

disable 'read only in mobile' ?
Hello Wouter Madou thanks for your answer, but after the checks suggested the result is the same: Case Quick Create is still not available, here some screenshots
Allow Quick Create is YES
Case Quick Create does exist and it is enabled
Entity is set for Mobile View
On the Model Drvien App all forms are included
I also tried to remove a form from the model driven app, save and publish, re-include all the forms save and publish
To enable quick create for an entity you will need the following elements:
Entity settings: Allow quick create: yes
Entity Forms: quick create form needs to be created / existing and activated
To enable quick create in the model driven app:
- add the entity + quick create form to the app
Entity settings: Enable for mobile
If all these things are enabled and ok, press the 'publish all customizations' button again, afterwards go in your app, remove a form, add a form, press save, validate and publish.
That should do the trick.
