We have a client that wants to know all cases of his company. That is, if an user (account contact) creates a new case, the primary contact must be informed to follow the case.
Do Someone help me? how can I do this, please?

You could do this by workflow.
For example, a user (account or contact) created a case in portal, and then the customer field will be filled in himself automatically, and then you could create a workflow in D365 with the following steps.
1.Set the trigger to when creating a case.
2.Add a action to send emails.
Add account primary contact to "To" field.
