Data Project - Could not generate export file for entity 'Sales order lines V2' for job

I have a data project I'm trying to sync sales header and sales line. The askes header is syncing fine but the sales lines are giving the error in the summary.

I have already tried to Refresh Entities as well drop and read the connection in my BYOD connection. I don't see any more detail related to this error to point me in a better direction.

Any suggestions on where to look for more detail regarding the error or how to fix it?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Marc,

Did you find any details in the execution history and staging details?

No, there were not details beyond the error in th subject and that showed in the notification menu.  With the job it just shows that if faild.

    Hi Marc,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

Please verify if the entity might have any disabled fields. During DMF exports, fields that are disabled due to a configuration key end up blocking export unless the export goes through staging. In this scenario the workaround is to edit the project field mappings to exclude the disabled config keys. A design improvement is scheduled for PU38 release.

Therefore, please remove the disabled fields from mapping and:
[1] Use staging table for exports to get past these kind of issues.
[2] If Skip staging = Yes, remove RevRecSalesDeliverNow and any other disabled fields from the mapping.

Please let me know if this helps or if you need any other information, and we will be more than glad to assist further. Also, kindly mark as verified if the answer is helpful.

If there is no helpful information, then please open a Support Ticket with Microsoft to get this investigated further.

    With kind thoughts,
    Laura

Skipping the disabled field you provided addressed the issue. As a newbie, how can I identify disabled fields? Luckily that was the only one that was automapped but I would guess in the future I may not be as lucky.

Generally it gives the warning when you add the entity in data project but I agree it doesn't give for all disabled columns. And I Laura mentioned there are some improvements coming in PU38.
