You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records error

Hi, in a Prod environment, users are getting this error when opening Accounts and Contacts records.  Their Security Roles have full Organization Read/Write/Create/Append/Append To rights.  They can push through the error but it is popping up frequently and is causing unnecessary concern.

Is there a fix for this within the Security Role with an ancillary permission?  Is this a MS ticket?  Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Chris,

This can be due to following reasons.

1] There can be some Processes (Plugins/Workflows/Actions) registered on these entities and calling user's(Maybe Service accounts) access might got removed. (Check system jobs)

2] There can be some JS API calls from some entities (Maybe Ref. data) on which logged in user might not have access.(Check chrome Dev tools "Network Tab")

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Add the privileges(prvReadmsdyn_fieldservicesetting, prvReadmsdyn_schedulingparameter) for the users.

let us know how it works.

    Hi ,

When this problem occurs , can you ask the user to press F12 and see what is exactly the problem ?

You can find the information in the "network" or "console" tab.

Venkatesh Nadar That seems to have worked.  Is there an explanation, or that is just something needed bc of the Accounts relationship to Field Service settings?

Also, I find it odd that these privileges are not natively included in all OOB security roles.  This role was copied from an OOB role.

    Either way, thanks!

    Hi,

The account form will cause the issue because it is loading account.library.js web resource and which requires fssetting privileges.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Regards,

    Venkatesh N
