New 365 Environment: How to enable Word Templates on Work Order?

I just created a new environment, but Word Template is not available when I open a Work Order record. It is available when I open other tables, such as Case.

How do I enable Word Templates on Work Orders?

Hi AlexEisenhart,

This is because there is an enable rule(FieldService.Form.msdyn_workorder.EnableRule.ShowSimplifiedCommands) of work order entity to hide it. If you want to enable it, you could delete the enable rule or set invert result to true.

Note: Please backup your solution before you modify it.

Please follow the steps:

1.Add Work Order entity to solution and load it with Ribbon Workbench.

2.Find the word template button and customize the command.

3. Delete the FieldService.Form.msdyn_workorder.EnableRule.ShowSimplifiedCommands rule or modify it like this:

4. If the Mscrm.WordTemplatesFCBEnabled is empty, add a step in it.

5.Publish the solution.

There is also another simple way is to enable "Show Simplified Work Order Commands" from Field Service settings.

Thank you and EBMRay! I tried using Ribbon Workbench, but I didn't see any rules on Work Order or the Word Template button in my environment. Clearly the FieldService.Form.msdyn_workorder.EnableRule.ShowSimplifiedCommands rule was somewhere that I couldn't find though, because disabling the Show Simplified Work Order Commands resolved the issue.

Thank you again! While I have you here, would you mind if I asked you about another Word Template issue that I've run into?
