Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help please.? I'm new to Dynamics. I have extracted the Accounts object data and Contacts object data. I cannot seem to find the object between them (as an Account can have many Contacts). I would assume that this is a standard object shipped with the system?

Yes, account and contact out of box entity and one account may have multiple contacts. They are related via one to many relation.
