Updating the options on the close as lost tab on an opportunity

I need to add another option to the Close opportunity status reason box (see below). Any suggestions as to how you can do this? I can't seem to find the fields anywhere. I've tried through the Power Apps - solution - tables option but i don't seem to have opportunity on the list.

Thanks

    Hi Lou,

    I can help you.

    Steps to follow:
From the command bar select the wheel icon and select advanced setting
Than select customizations and then select customize the system
Once that open under entities look for opportunity entity
Once their, select fields and search for statuscode field and open it
Once the field details open under TYPE in the status field change it to LOST- this will then show lost opportunity option sets
Than click on add button to add the option you like
once done save and publish the customisation and you're good.

If you still have issue feel free to connect. And if this resolves your issue mark the answer as verified and change the status to answered.

    Thanks
    Affan
