Playbooks and how they treat files

Hello all,

Super new to administering Dynamics 365 CRM and looking to help out our Sales team with a question they had. With the Playbooks functionality (we've created a template and users can see files in the their activities) is it possible to have users modify a unique copy of a templated Excel file and submit their version directly to their Playbook?

For example:

New sales opportunity is created.
Rep gets Playbook activities and in the second task of five is an Excel sheet to fill out.
They are then to fill it out and add it to that Playbook task.

Does Sharepoint / CRM generate unique folders with a copy of the original Excel file, or, does it only provide one master template file that then will be seen and be able to be modified by other reps in their own opportunity Playbook tasks?
