TAX Exempt Number- Editing from Customer form

Hello,

How Could I change or add TAX Exempt Number for Customer, this is grayed out in the Customer form ( Even I have the System Admin Access)

    Let’s click on any customer

    Then from the General Tab of the customer right click and select ‘personalize: General’

    Now the Pop Up will come as below and select ‘Add a field’

    Now you will have the form called ‘Insert Fields’ shared right hand side below.

    Select the ‘Tax Exempt Number’ option and click ‘ok’

    It will allow us to edit the form with having the right access.

    Okay, this is now closed, in our environment this is grayed out, however as per the standard one, it is editable.

    We have now edited this by an workaround, anyone need going forward can reach out to me in future.

    That is Tax exempt numbers search I can see from my screen, let me know if you see anything different.

    In the top navigation bar you have button "Tax exempt numbers". Did you try that?
