Disable red "insert break"-line when hoverig in an email, Customer Service

Hi Community,
We are experiencing that when we hover or let the mouse pointer rest in an email window, this line suddenly appears.
We believe it became visible from April 1st. Does anyone know how to disable it?

I'm about 90% sure you turned on the formatting options in your text window. Not sure how that is enabled in CRM windows, but that red mark is a line break note.

Turn formatting marks on or off in Outlook - Microsoft Support

The good news is that this won't appear at all when the message is sent.

My organization is having the same issue and we also got it just recently. For me personally it's not really a big thing, but a lot of people see this as something disturbing.

I don't think it's Outlook related since it's just in D365 CS. Is it a setting/feature in D365 or could it come from the browser?

I would make a lot of colleagues happy if it's possible to turn off.

We are getting that in my organization as well. It does not seem to get in the way at all, but it would be nice to be able to turn it off because some users are a little annoyed with it. I hope someone has an answer soon. :)
