Thanks for the reply.
Please refer the below steps.
1. First of all you need to get an PNG format of your digital signature that you are willing to add to your report.
2. Then get the report ID of the report that you are wiling to add the digital signature simply by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1.
3. Then open the related database from the development environment and then select the report for the report ID.
4. After selecting the report go to "Design" and then under "View" in the menu bar go to "Layout"
5. And then from the Microsoft SQL report builder (which automatically gets opened when you click "Layout") you have to add your digital signature.

You can add a digital signature by doing a customisation from the development environment in NAV.

But Sales invoice change day by day, what about the digital signature image date? how it will be changing? a digital signature date should be as per the posting date.
It can be used either as an Image OR if you wish to do a digital Signature over TABLET and MOBILE Device then you need to build a Control Addin

You can add it to your report just like you add any other image to the report using customization.
