    Can you clarify what exact form you are using when you talk about validating a bank entry? Is it a general journal? If so, what type and what information did you provide on the line? Or are you using the bank reconciliations?

    This may be related to the configuration of the account structure. You need to ensure that the bank's main account is included in your account structure. In addition, I found an old thread similar to this issue for you. You can refer to the discussion in the old thread. Hope it will be helpful to you.

    Hi,
     
    If you have this error message during the settlement of the bank statement, then there should be a difference between the transactions that you settle. In this case, you need to go to bank transaction types and fill the GL account on the form.
    If you do not require that account then you need to change your process.
