Editing Allocation Type drop down in Entitlements

Hi all

I want to add some entries to the Allocation Type drop down in the Entitlement entity. We don't do "cases" or "hours" but rather our agreements cover products and people onsite to support those products.

Is there a way to edit this such that I can an allocation type that doesn't "decrease on" at all? We have someone onsite, they can raise as many tickets as they like and get as much as they like. I've created a field with 100,000,000 allocation as the default but I wanted to check that that is the best way of doing things.
