Hi,
Running into a problem today where I cannot deploy USD solutions into Dynamics.
I have setup a trial tenant (customer service) and am setup as the Administrator. I've also setup the TLS keys from here - https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/263583.
However, when I click to deploy, I'm presenting with the following screen which stays there and never changes...
Any ideas?

May I ask that do you have to use the USD of version 3.3.0?
I have tried to deploy the same USD Package In my Dynamics successfully and my version of USD and Package Deployer is 4.0.0.993.
You can try the latest version and here is the link for downloading.

Please deploy the package again and check if the issue still exists.
In addition, when the installing program goes to the step of initializing 1 of 5 connection….,I need to re-enter my credentials of Dynamics 365.
You can check if your account status is able to login Dynamics 365.
