Under Marketing Execution, should I stop my marketing emails upon completing Customer Journeys? What are the consequences of leaving marketing emails live after the customer journey has ended?

    Hi,
     
    Could you clarify your concerns?
     
    If the email is still being used for other live journeys, deactivating it will affect the delivery of emails to subsequent customers on those journeys.
    After the customer journey is complete, if the email is no longer used after that and no other journeys are using it, then it can be deactivated (and when needed it can be reactivated).
