Surveys under same project cannot be accessed by some users which are owner of the whole project

Hello there,

Not sure if anyone has experienced the same issue, we shared the owner right to a group of users.

However, some of them can't view the complete list of surveys, but we checked that they all share the same access right under the same project.
Also, they have been assigned with "Project Owner" role in the environment through Dynamics CRM 365 online.

Would anyone has any insight?

    Hi Samantha,

    How many surveys are present in your Project that is shared ? If the project has over 15 surveys sometimes the sharing might fail for certain users and the shared users would see fewer than the original count of surveys in the Project. Re-sharing can help alleviate the issue.

    You can file a support incident with Microsoft Customer Voice team with details about the Project URL and survey count and also can reach out with those details to customervoice@microsoft.com to diagnose the problem.

    Hello Arjun,

    Thank you for your reply!

    Yes, that project has 19 surveys and 2 users can only view 16 surveys.

    I've tried to remove the users and share to them again but it didn't work for 2 days already, thought it would take time to synchronise.

    So would send to customervoice@microsoft.com to ask for further diagnosis, thanks again!
