After Upgrade to Dynamics 365- No Longer Remembering Previous Form Selected

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We use multiple Case forms for different clients.  Previously, Dynamics would remember the last form a user had selected or pinned dashboard, so each time they create a new records, the form is pre-selected. After the Dynamics 365 upgrade, the system is no longer doing this for us. The dashboards, will eventually display the pinned dashboard but only after they are provided with the first dashboard on the sort order. Any advice would be appreciated! This is becoming quite a painful task for my user base, since the defaulted (or form order for these forms) may not be the one they need.

Thanks,

April Wickham

Has anyone heard or have a resolution to this issue, with Legacy form rendering enabled ?

Try turning off Legacy Form Rendering in Settings | Administration | System Settings.

Same problem here. Have you made a service request because this seems a bug in Dyn365 as it is not happening in CRM 2016?
