Error trying to access System job information

Hi,
 
I am trying to access the details behind a system job. This is a case and there is a system job in a waiting state.
 
When I click on the hyperlink to show me the system job details it opens up and dynamics error page.
 
Previously the page would expand to show the elements within the system job and where it found an error.
 
Screen shots attached.
 
Any help appreciated.

    This issue typically occurs due to a corrupt system job record or missing custom plugin/workflow assembly.
    To resolve:
    1. Check Plugin Trace Logs: Go to Settings > Plugin Trace Log to identify underlying errors.
    2. Use Advanced Find: Search the system job (AsyncOperation) entity directly to view XML or status.
    3. Enable Exception Details: Turn on detailed error messages in System Settings > Customization.
    4. Clear Cache & Try Another Browser: Rule out UI rendering issues.
    5. If custom workflow/plugin was deleted, re-register or remove references.
