Generator role to edit Settings in MR reports

Hi All,
Is it possible to make fields in MR report 'Settings' tab (Like Rounding precision, Formatting) editable to users with role 'Generator' ? 
 
We would like to have the user have 'Generator' role in F&O, but still he should be able to make changes while running the report in MR.

    Add more fields in MR report is impossible.
     
    There are only ways to set the priviledge for the users in F&O. In your case, you can try to asign a priviledge called Set up financial report generator to this kind of user.
