Dynamics 365 Entities Create table ddl script?

Need to copy the cloud Dynamics 365 couples of table's data into sql server and required the create table sql at destination. Is there any way or xrmtool plugin available to fetch the entities DDL with create table script?

I have the same question.

I have tried with sql management studio, but I have the following error : Invalid table name change_tracking_tables for schema sys

Any idea to get DDL script to create a table please ?
