we will get a screen with list of apps from all environment that i have access on. and we can select app from the list of apps in mobile but End user getting confusion so i need hide all the Classic web apps from that list of apps visible on mobile for more information please see the below image.

one other option you have is to hide for all roles from Settings -> My Apps
