Notification when New Item is created in NAV

There is a way to get direct notification of when a new item is entered into NAV. Currently today we have to review all sharepoint notifications and go through many messages to find out if an item was entered into NAV. I am looking for a more efficient way to handle this process. Kindly advise. Thank you

    Hi, As Mohana shared, this requires customization.

    But there is a workaround, you can use the Item Approval workflow, and let the system automatically send emails from Workflow.

    However, if the standard notification email cannot meet your needs, you still need to consider customization.
