Deploying Excel Reports

I am trying to deploy Excel Reports for one company, they are deployed for the other 2 companies. No matter what I do, use UNC Pathing, drive letter the Excel Reports Not implemented is still there and I never get the option to check the box. I have run GP as an Admin, I am logged in as the sa user. I have set the location to Not implemented, closed out of it and went back in, set everything up and it still does not allow me to get to the checkbox.

I am not sure if you figured out this issue. I found an article that might help. I think the link is being blocked, so just search the internet for: Azure curve Fixing Reports Not Implemented Error After Upgrade

Before you make any changes, make a backup. This is a DYNAMICS database setting so make sure you back that up (not just the company database(s). Also, before making the changes suggested, run this select * from DYNAMICS..syDeployedReports WHERE CompanyID = 'TWO' (replace TWO with the company database ID. You will see that on the Administration > Setup > Company > Company window).

Do you see any entries for the company you cannot deploy reports for?

Do reports exist in the location referenced?

Can you test this fix on a separate installation of GP? (not just a test company...since it is a DYNAMICS database issue)

If you see entries for the company that isn't working, I would review the link I sent. It will clear any wacky entries that might exist for that specific company on the syDeployedReports table.
