Hello,
I'm new to Dynamics and trying to configure a new security role. I've been able to set the permissions on certain entities but not others as they don't appear in the security roles' settings options. I suspect this is because these are related entities but am I right? Examples include:
- accountleads
- customeraddress
- appaction
- appointment
I've gathered my list using the XRMToolBox Access Security Roles tool.
Many thanks!
Thank you @Anton :-)
Hi,
1. Appointment. Tables (entities) which act in the system as an activity type don't have personal options in the security role. All of those (task, fax, letter, etc.) tables depends on Activity permission settings
2. Customeraddress. Original name of this one is Addresses. This tables has no visibility in the security role. From system prospective there is no need to govern accessibility of this data. Everyone should be able to observe it, since your business requirements don't force you to create custom table
3. Accountleads. I suppose this one isn't a table
4. Appaction. This term unfamiliar to me
