Does D365 CRM supports hybrid architecture?

Hi all

I need some help on above topic.  One of our clients (bank) in Asia is keen to deploy hybrid architecture instead of all cloud as the central bank has yet to provide approval on data sovereignty .      Bank wants to keep customer data on premise and keeps the transaction data on cloud (Azure) via tokenization.  I just want to know whether this is doable , the pros and cons and whether we have any clients using this model .  many thanks ahead

    Hello,

This type of architecture is not supported.

Andrew is correct, but it would be possible to leverage virtual entities to store some data separately.  This would potentially be very slow compared to native apps, and you'd have to build all of that from scratch, but you could do it.  It's just likely to be both expensive and a bad user experience.
