
I have got "Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Plan" Licence but, I am not able to view "Sales" app in the main menu. Licences I have got are as follows: 1) Dynamics 365 for Sales Enterprise 2) Microsoft 365 E3 We are able to access ‘Service’ module only. How to access ‘Sales’ module ? Thanks, Ajay

Please do the following checks.
1.Please go to Advanced Settings->My apps and check if the "Sales" app exist.
2.Please go to Dynamics 365 admin center->Solutions and check if the sales application exist.
BTW,Could you kindly share your main menu to us?
