Default shared data in FnO

Hi,

One of our customers is trying to implement D365F&O with 4 legal entities where data will not be shared between each other.

They want to know while deploying production instance and uploading master data, which are the data that are shared by default across all LE (e.g. worker) ?

Also is there any alternative of XDS tool that can be used to incorporate record level security?
