N:N Subgrid not showing + Sign

Hello All,

Could you please have a look at this N:N Subgrid on Contact form. We do not have any scripts on load of form but some time it is displaying the "+" symbol some times it is hiding.

This is N:N relationship between Contact and Custom entity called "Country". We have used the Display Option as Use Custom Label for this N:N relationship.

Our CRM version is 2016 8.1. Please let us know if you have any idea on this issue.

    Hello,

    This may also be related to security roles, first check if the + button is displayed for system admin.

    Ensure that the + symbol is displayed for the system admin as well.

    If it is displayed for the system admin, then it can be easily allowed to be displayed for other users as well.

    Hello,

    There are couple of reasons why button is not visible.

    One of those is leak of security privileges.

    Other - plus button is not visible until record is created - is it a case?

    One more - record is inactive and that removes the plus button in some cases. Check my post on that - butenko.pro/.../

    Thank you for the inputs. I am Sys Admin still i am facing this issue in IE, Mozilla and Chrome intermittently. Some time + symbol appears, some time it is hidden.
