In Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, what is the recommended approach to reduce Fixed Asset value after it is acquired, due to purchase discount given later on?

Hi,

You may use GL journal and asset line could be the acquisition adjustment type

If you perform acquisition adjustment to accommodate the purchase discount obtained for the fixed asset procurement, then the offset account for acquisition adjustment is supposed to be Discount Received.
