Hi.
I was wondering if it is possible to create a flow to store all email attachments into SharePoint, but only the emails which is linked to a case.

Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

I've made a small flow to detect any emails regarding a case, however it does not look like I am able to detect the email direction nor get access to the attached file.

    Hi,
It seems that you're looking to create a flow to automatically store email attachments in SharePoint, specifically for emails linked to a case.
SharePoint Security Sync by Inogic could be a great solution for this need. With its ability to migrate email body content and attachment from CRM to SharePoint, configuring subfolder structures and hierarchies, you can set up entity-specific folders, so attachments from emails related to cases, account, opportunity, etc. are automatically stored in the corresponding folder. This allows for better organization and ensures attachments are migrated directly into the desired place within SharePoint.
For example, if a Case record is linked as the "Regarding" for an Email, as shown in the screenshot below.

Once the Email is Sent or Received, its attachments will automatically migrate to SharePoint, and the email attachments will be uploaded to an “Email” folder within the linked Case folder, as shown in the screenshot.

If there’s no "Regarding" entity set for an Email, then after the Email is Sent or Received, the attachments will still migrate to SharePoint but will go to a general "Email Attachments" folder, as shown in the screenshot.

The SharePoint Security Sync app also includes a metadata feature, allowing you to customize columns in SharePoint based on your business needs and map CRM fields to these columns for attachments. Additionally, you can control document access by setting security permissions through security templates, sharing & assigning specific records to intended user only, or adjusting user roles to keep your attachments confidential.
Key Features of SharePoint Security Sync:
Automatic Security Sync: Syncs CRM security roles with SharePoint, so any updates to a user's role in CRM are automatically reflected in SharePoint.
Custom Folder Structure: Users can create their own folder structure in SharePoint to organize CRM documents and attachments, bypassing SharePoint's 5,000-file limit.
File-Level Access Control: Syncs files based on access levels (User, Business Unit, Parent Child Business Unit, Organization, or none), ensuring that only authorized users can view specific files and notes.
CRM and Email Attachment Migration: Enables direct migration of CRM and email attachments to SharePoint for streamlined document storage.
File Management Interface: Users can upload, download, rename, create folder, copy link, etc. in SharePoint directly from CRM with an easy-to-use interface.
Bulk Migration Tool: Allows bulk transfer of attachments from CRM to SharePoint, with real-time tracking of attachment migration status for Activities, Notes, and Sales Literature.
You can explore the SharePoint Security Sync app with a 15-day free trial by downloading it from the Inogic website or Microsoft AppSource. For any queries or to schedule a demo, please contact us at crm@inogic.com

    Thanks,
    Sam
