Sure this is possible.
As an example you can setup report columns that refer to a specific date range if you want to see what has been posted on a specific day.
Can you possibly provide some more information on your requirement and let us know what you want to achieve exactly?

Of course, I achieve this if I select date on column definition for specific date range manually
I want to create consolidation report (trial balance) for specific main account petty cash daily basis (today) dynamically

Have you tried specifiying a start and end date in the form start date: 2, end date: 2.
That is by using absolute figures?
This would make your report somehow dynamic but probably not exactly in the way you expect because you would need to have columns for each day.
MR is not exactly made for this kind of reporting you are looking for.
Why is it that you need the report on a daily basis?
Don't the standard AX transaction reports in GL give you that information?
If you really need the Information on a daily basis it might be easier making use of - and possibly modifying - the standard SSRS reports in the AX client.
