Hello all ,

I am new to integration but want to do an integration between CRM and dynamics 365 finance and operations

The problem I have is that dynamics 365 finance and operations is a cloud, unlike CRM.

I read a lot of articles but nothing worked for me and I tried Power Apps and it didn't work for me.

Is there anyone who can tell me what to do and if possible I want step by step because as I told you I am new to integration

Do you mean Dynamics CRM or another CRM software? Which version?

I think that Dynamics CRM supports running in cloud since 2011.

If your D365F&O is cloud, it means its services (OData, Web services, etc) are accessible from anywhere. So the problem is in CRM side as I suppose your CRM is On-Premises version. If you cannot publish CRM to internet, try on-premises data gateway. It's better to ask help in CRM community
