custom datafield is not showing up in data steps of business process flows

Hi Community;

I have designed and activated a custom business process flow for sales opportunities from outbound. Now I want to add a data step in a phase that refers to a custom created data field ("Zielprodukte") within the opportunity. Unfortunately, however, this data field is not displayed to me in the list.

How can I add a custom created data field?

Hi Kevin,

First, determine if this BPF is based on an entity of opportunity?

Can you tell me what the type of this field is?

Some types of fields are not applicable to BPF: Multi-select choice,Image and File,which is by-design.

thank you for your answer.

The type of the field is a Multiselect.

Therefore it is not possible to use ist.

Are there any other possibilites?

Hi Kevin,

Multi-select option sets are not supported in the BPF, which is by-design.

If you need the value of the Multi-select, you have to put the field on the main form.
