We have implemented managerial hierarchy for one of our clients and the users part of the hierarchy are unable to share the personal dashboards since then. All users have user level access to the dashboard entity. And all the users are in the same BU. Though they own the dashboard, they are not able to share it. Can anyone explain why this is happening like this?
Try this please :
Naviagate to Settings > Security > Hierarchy Security and move Saved Views to the “Excluded Entities” list.
