
Hi, I am having trouble saving a copy of my guides. When i open the guide and select save a copy i get the pop up to rename the guide. After i complete this the new guide open but then closes and i get a message "Guide reloading" but then the guide closes and the copy is no longer visible. This does not happen in all my guides. Is there a memory limitation when copying?

Hi pacunnin, I am sorry you are experiencing this issue and I am speaking with our engineers to help diagnose. I have a few questions to help narrow down the root cause.
1. This could be caused by missing videos or images used by a step, which can occur if someone has deleted content in CDS via the Power Platform admin portal. To check for this, open the problematic guide and check each empty media panel in your steps. You will need to hover your mouse over the panel and look for the tooltip as shown below.
If you see "Error accessing asset" (or the equivalent in your language), then the step is referencing an asset that no longer exists. To fix, drag a new image or video into the media panel. You can delete it right away if you want to keep the panel empty - this is just to force a new reference. To delete your temporary asset, right click and select Delete. Try saving again and let me know. If it still fails, be sure to check all steps in case there is more than one missing asset.
2. How many steps are in your guide? This is unlikely but we should examine potential size issues. Is your guide very complex with lots of steps?
