How to add a donation in dynamics 365?

I need to know how I can add a donation. I don't know if I can do it by creating a product called donation or if there is something specific.

Hi,

Donation is part of non profit accelerator as define in below link:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/industry/accelerators/nfp

You need to work based on the business requirement. if it is easier and capturing small details then go for custom entities

or else compare the requirement with non profit accelerator and build the custom changes.

How to add a donation in dynamics 365?

Hi,

You can create a custom entity called Donation.
Then create an N:1 relationship with the contact entity or account entity, i.e. one contact/account is corresponding to multiple donations.
You can add some fields to the donation entity to enrich the information of the donation.
