Budget Entry Status in Online consolidation

I appreciate If anybody can confirm following scenario?

I have successfully done online consolidation in AX2012-R3 and 365 as well but I am unable to pull the draft status budget register entries in budget transaction (consolidated Transaction), however there is an option available to see the transaction in either draft/ Completed status.

I am a bit confuse that either this functionality is not available in standard solution in any version or I did wrong configuration.

Apparently its seems that functionality is not there....
