Global Admin Data Access

Hello,

I was reading in the AAD Admin documentation here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/assign-admin-roles?view=o365-worldwide

That "If you're the person who purchased your Microsoft business subscription, you are the global admin. This means you have unlimited control over the products in your subscriptions and you can access most data."

I'm contemplating using D365 CS with OC Voice. The language most data implies there is data that the Global Admin can't access. What data can't a Global Admin access?

Thanks!

Jim

    Hi Jim Chou,

I'm not sure which data can't be accessed. Maybe some log data which is stored in the Microsoft Server.

When you the global admin, you would be assigned the System Administrator by default in the D365 which means you can view all the data in your environment.
