I am member of a Microsoft Partner that has assigned a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners license.
 
I am interested in understand if this license is active or there is a change or a new condition for partners in order to be able to use it.

    Hi,
     
    According to the Microsoft document.
    The Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement SKU/license plan is deprecated.
    Starting in 2022, Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement licenses purchased before deprecation will begin to expire.
     
    You can refer to the following link to learn what is included in this license.
     
    Regarding upgrades and updates of this license, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft support or sales department.
