Inventory Reconcile Changing Default Price Levels

Hello:

A GP 2018 end user ran the Inventory Reconcile utility and, for many items, pricing for the Default Price Level changed. What would cause this, and is there a way of preventing it in the future?

I just upgraded to GP2018 last week and ran the Inventory Reconcile over the weekend. I'm using the standard pricing and % of List Price as the method.

I just confirmed that my LIST PRICE and the % of List Price are the same before and after the upgraded from GP2013 to GP2018 and running Inventory Reconcile.

Are you using any third party tools or Extended Pricing?
