I added some RSS feeds in Sosial Engagement. Verification was successful but we do not get any news.
The problem is not in the query I use the popular words.
What could be the problem?

Better create a ticket to MS support.
In my case SE completely didn`t work with my RSS (i think it was unable recognize the fields, not sure)
But after fix there still was a problem with refresh delay and amount of news. If you connect some serious source (like information agency) with huge ammount of messages SE will can not take them all and drop part of them.

After some investigations, I wasn't able to find out more why your search does not bring up results. I tried the same setup as well and couldn't retrieve any results so far. The request is "USA" in Russian/Ukrainian languages
cyrillic queries work fine for example in twitter or youtube
