Cancel a reported as finished qty, canceling the material and time consumtpion with it

Posted on by 4
Hello everyone,

A reported as finished qty was receipted by error, I would like to cancel it, along with the material and time that was consumed with it (Finish Flushing principle)

So I created a RAF journal with negative qty and I check the box BOM consumption
A picking list with negative quantities were created and posted successfuly
However the time consumed was not cancelled automatically.
I also tried to create a route card instead of RAF jorunal with negative qty and check the box BOM consumption and produciton report as finished, as reuslt the derived journal picking list and RAF are created and posted correctly , however the time consumed on the resource was not reduced

Is there a way do it, without asking the user to create a manual route card and add negative hours? Thank you

    Hi,

Depending on what has been posted, there might be an option to set the status back using the function Reset status. You can use it when the menu option is not greyed out. You can test the behavior for your scenario in a non-production environment first.
