2 Portal branding connected to one instance

Hi All,

I am wanting to have 2 "fronts/branding" on the portal connecting to the one instance. Is this possible?

For example if a customer logs in via one website, the support page has one branding (with same fields and functions) vs another website where the branding is different but again with same fields and function.

I have done a bit of research and it looks like you can do it via liquid templates? Would someone be able to verify this for me?

    Hi Jay,

    That is correct. You can do it with liquid templates.

    I recently implement something similar where I captured the url of the application, and managed redirection to pages based on which front this will be accessing.

    In your web template file enter condition based on url, and redirect from there.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can do a lot with liquids in Portals. It just depend upon what are you after. If you want to have a complete different portal like one customer service and then another as custom portal then you can have that as well. This would make more sense if you have a completely different functioning/UI.

    If it is just few parts which you want to change based on the website then go for liquid/ html web tenmplates.
