Error while creating and trying to modify Marketing Outbound Segment

Hi there! I had a task to modify contacts view for Segmented Contacts in order to have few specific necessary columns in excel generated in segments' option for exporting in Excel. Everything was changed and then i tried to test it on my dev environment (on prod segments were working fine) and i cannot create segment properly (it's created but without any structure or with selected template at best but no structure is being showed like on screenshot below)

Is there something I'm missing or can i check somewhere what is the error that is causing this Error State?
(I have System Administrator and Customizer roles on this environment and checked with AdminMode on and off, nothing works)
In addiction when i tried to delete those not working segments from Power Apps i got this type of error:

Any help will be appreaciated

    Hi,
     
    Could you provide detailed error logs?
    You can enable plugin tracking logs to view detailed error messages in the logs to determine if a custom plugin is causing the reported error.

    My company chose that this doesn't have a high priority so i wasn't looking in the logs.

    It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating issue after making changes to the contacts view. The fact that segments are working fine in production but not in your development environment suggests there might be a discrepancy between the two setups. Perhaps the issue lies in how the segments are being generated or displayed in the dev environment. Double-checking the configuration, particularly any differences between the environments, could help. Also, reviewing the logs during segment creation might provide insights into what’s going wrong.
