Hi Team,
How can we get the access to LCS Account. I am able to login to azure portal and can see the active subscription against the respective tenant. Could you please help me in this regard.

in case you are admin then click on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations link which would open up LCS ,
accept terms and then invite users
Can you explain your question? Do you need to get access to LCS itself or do you need e.g. credentials for a given VM which might be stored on the LCS environment pages?

I was not a administrator of my tenant and couldn't log in to LCS. I got an invite from admin and I was able to log in to LCS. Thank u all for the inputs
