Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Archived)

User Account state changed from enable to disabled issue.

We have disabled some user for two days, now after two days we have enabled them, but now the user are unable to login into dynamics nav.

Error shown the server is not available, the standard one.

After checking the issue we found that the trust was some how removed for the domain, we removed the user from the domain and again put those user in domain, now they are able to connect to dynamics nav.

We are not sure why the trust had been removed when we disabled the user, has any one faced the issue or can some one guide.

    It depends how you disabled the users. Have you disabled the access in NAV or on Active Directory level?

    On NAV level only.
