    RE: Basic questions
    1. It depends on where you deployed it. If you deployed it from LCS to Azure, you'll find links in cloud hosted environments on LCS.
    2. Yes, you can connect to DEV environments via RDP. To where to find your environment, refer to the previous answer.
    3. No.
    4. What do you mean by "linked"?
    5. Azure AD is used to authenticate users (plus a few other things such as managing access of applications).
    6. Is the user in your company (your AD), or is it an external user?
    7. Please look at "servicing" at wiki.
    8. If you mean the whole Azure, it's Microsoft cloud solution, hosted in Microsoft data centers. Use your favorite search engine to find as many details you like.
    9. It depends on what kind of environment it is.
    10. No.

If you need more details on any topic, please create a separate thread (with appropriate title and tags) and explain your problem in detail there. Jumping between ten questions in a single thread would be extremely chaotic.

Also don't keep forgetting about the wiki (we gave you the link many times) and that you can use search engines to easily find information on internet.

    RE: Basic questions

First off: This should have been asked in the Dynamics 365 for Enterprise forum and not here...

    1. Launch Visual Studio with Admin access on your AOS.

    2. Yes. Your server can be located in your Azure Portal.

    3. No, but you do need an Azure tenant.

    4. They are trying to compress the user experience, so D365 and O365 is pretty close when it comes to navigation principles.

    5. It authenticates through it. Adding the tenant url and email address gives the user an authenticated access through Azure AD.

    6. blog.johanpersson.nu

    7. Explained here:

    m.youtube.com/watch

    8. Azure is the cloud solution from Microsoft. It is hosted at one of the numerous data centers around the world. Depending on your location, you'll probably want the closest one. Some countries like Canada and Germany for instance has data centers governed by local authorities. It is a requirement for D365.

    9. You can subscribe to a backup service or a redundant solution.

    10. No. Only for managing and distributing code
