Hi guys i have a quick question when a user logins we are able to show his user name on top right but is there any way we can add extra fields to it like his title and business unit .

Hi partner,

If the circle of "write" permission is empty, it means this security role could not modify the information of User entity. When the users of this role save data of User entity, the system will reject his operation and remind him that he does not have permission.

Hi partner,
If you don't want him to modify the user information, you could disable his write permission to User entity.

Go to Settings->Security->Security roles and clear the write permission of User under "Business Management".

hey thanx i got it but it looks like any user can change the information like his title , business unit stuff . is there any way i can make it read only

Hi partner,
If the users want to know their details like business unit ,etc..

They could click "Settings" on the navigation bar and select "option" and click on "view your user information", then they will achieve their own information.

I think it is the most convenient way.

maybe you can build a report and show in a dashboard. That is the best way i can think of.
