notification on system tray

my client wants a system tray notification when a case record is being created. Is it possible to do that in CRM application. Or any other third party tools (should support by microsoft) is there ?

Hi,

Our team found an official Microsoft document related to your problem, according to the document, you can create a notification template, the default option of the template is to show notifications on web pages, you can change it to "Show notifications in the system notification bar when a web page is minimized".
