Unable to Create Entity and Fields in Dynamics 365 on-premises instance. Version 8.2.2.176

Hi All,

Am unable to create any Entity or fields in on-premises organization.Am getting below error while creating Entity or Fields.

Am Providing below Log file information.

    Hi Rajesh,

    This error occur in many reason.

    - Sometimes SQL server is busy so you may wait for sometime and try again.

    - Try to restart IIS, App Server ,DB Server, SQL server services , and also all CRM services .

    Restart SQL service and also have a look at below link:

    What are the minimum security permissions required for Network Service ?

    It seems that network service does not have necessary permission to MSCRM_Config and  *_MSCRM

    SQL error are best to handled by Microsoft Support. You can log this with MS here - https://admin.dynamics.com
